Where do you delivery?

At the moment deliveries can be made to addresses within the UK, across Europe and the US. I plan for this to expand further in the future.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 days of ordering. This may take longer in the Christmas period.

Will I receive an email when my order has been dispatched?

Yes! Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Dot Creates to let you know.

What delivery options do you offer?

Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Signed For Second Class service. Which aims to deliver your order within 3 working days (UK) and 3-5 days (Europe) and assures proof of delivery.

We also offer a budget delivery option on smaller packages, which is not tracked or signed for. Royal Mail aims to deliver these within 2-3 days after dispatch.

What are the UK delivery prices?

Standard shipping ranges from £1.90 - £6.10 depending on the total weight of your order. Royal Mail aim to delivery your package within 3 days.

For smaller orders you have a great value budget delivery option available for only £1 - 2.95! The price is calculated based on the total weight of your order. Royal Mail aims to delivery your package within 2-3 days, and isn't tracked or signed for. 

Orders over £30 will receive FREE delivery (not tracked or signed for) unless you choose Signed for Standard Delivery at the checkout.

What are the international delivery prices?

Standard Royal Mail Signed For Second Class shipping ranges from £7.75 - £22.50 depending on the total weight of your order. Royal Mail aim to delivery your package within 3-5 working days (Europe) and 5-7 working days (USA).

For smaller orders you have a great value budget delivery option available for only £2.60 - 15.05! The price is calculated based on the total weight of your order. Royal Mail aim to delivery your package within 3-5 working days (Europe) and 5-7 working days (USA). This shopping service is not tracked or signed for. 

International orders may incur customs / duty charges, which the customer is responsible for paying. These charges are calculated by your country's customs department. Please contact your local customs office for information about any customs charges you may need to pay before placing your order. 

Any customs delays that may occur are beyond our control.
